Welcome to SaffronOro ("SaffronOro," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through saffronoro.com (the "Site"), and your purchase of any products offered by us (the "Products").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

2.1 All Products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of Products purchased, discontinue any Product, or refuse service to anyone at any time without liability.

2.2 We make reasonable efforts to display Product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Colors, weights, and packaging of spice products may vary slightly from images shown due to the natural variation of agricultural products.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to Product availability, errors in pricing or Product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Prices for Products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue pricing, promotions, or discounts at any time at our sole discretion.

3.3 You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information.

3.4 Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except as expressly required by applicable law, SaffronOro does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any Products for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering by the customer.

4.1 In the sole discretion of SaffronOro, and only where a Product is confirmed by us to have been materially defective or damaged upon receipt due to our error, we may — but are under no obligation to — offer a store credit. Any such accommodation is a courtesy and does not constitute a waiver of this no-returns policy for any future transaction.

4.2 Any request regarding a defective or damaged item must be submitted to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence, or the request will not be considered.

4.3 You acknowledge and agree that by placing an order, you accept this no-returns policy as a material term of the transaction.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping timelines provided on the Site are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control.

5.2 You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by you, and no refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. SAFFRONORO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFFRONORO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFFRONORO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaffronOro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SaffronOro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; (c) submit false or misleading information; or (d) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use of the Site.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Binding Arbitration. Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any Product (a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in Broward County, Florida, or another mutually agreed location, and may be conducted by telephone or based on written submissions where permitted by the AAA rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SAFFRONORO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and the Dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida as set forth in an amended version of this section.

12.4 Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to Sales@saffronoro.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, order/account information, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.5 Arbitration Costs. Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules, which may allocate certain costs to SaffronOro depending on the nature and amount of the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaffronOro regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
